That’s super weird – the female lead has offered her body to her husband before – even directly after their arrival at the palace, but he refused out of consideration. So the phrasing “when will you finally let me have my way?” is really, really bad.
Well, it’s sad that she is ashamed about her father, and I guess this story is supposed to build up her self-confidence slowly, so it has to start badly and she will probably get revenge later on, but it’s still hard to see and read 🙁
