bruh,you do know this is a historic setting?and that times back then didn’t let women do a lot of things?and even then for a person her age,it doesn’t make sense for her to try the things she did,like trying to be a mage,helping in war as those things take years of training and maybe someone with good health?what riftan did was what the best anyone could do and anything less would be bad,because it’s not modern times,so before you try to criticize a character,maybe try to think that the culture and norms are different?and of course the fact that he thinks that she was raised like a princess and all the luxury one could think of doesn’t help?
