I understand your frustrations about her lack of involvement with the management and her studies, but this story is supposed to be lighter and funny, so most likely her dramas and most of the story will be about her relationship and the flowers.

You can still have the drama of her meeting Aholes when she go’s to parties to make connections with the nobility but she needs to drop this part of her life for a while. You can have more drama with her wistfully thinking of going back to simpler times at the shop when her new position gets to heavy for her
