   I like the fl and how the story is handling her trauma, hopefully the serious won’t just “forgive” the original and make him ml again. blah blah blah about growth and change, good job, now go be with someone else.

   I really hate the idea of the villains mind controling people. without any draw backs. I like the artwork for this comic but the story is a common one. Nothing that stand out. It is better than most comics.

   I wished this story had been released a lot sooner, like 10 years or so, since with all its details about how the female lead grows up (in her second timeline), this would serve as a fine example for how a standard regression plot could be imagined.
   And after reading something like this, it would also feel more understandable to readers how other time-regression stories just pass up on all of these details in order to keep the main plot going.
   Unfortunately as it is, so many stories with very similar events and characters have been already written and illustrated, so not much about this one seems really new, only a bit different and more detailled, that’s all.
   The trauma that the betrayal, torture and death in the first timeline have caused the female lead may seem a bit extreme compared to most other regression stories out there, however it’s also not unrealistic.
   What’s rather really unrealistic is this whole past life torture-trope in itself, with imprisonment and execution without proof or trial, an execution-on-the-spot of the maid who defended her, etc. – but maybe we’ll learn more about it in time.
   I’m very worried that ALL of the prince’s actions PLUS those of each and everyone who followed his inhuman law-violating orders without question are going to be completely excused after uncovering something like magical control that the family of the prince’s red-haired lover had over him.
   Seeing how the female lead still gets panic attacks and horror-flashbacks when dealing with the prince, there’s still a chance that the male lead might not be the prince in this timeline.
   On the other hand the prince sadly is getting way too much screentime already, especially compared to other theoretical male lead candidates like the magic instructor (proposing to the female lead when she’s still only 13 years old was a bit yucky though …. well, but even the prince himself does the same) 🙁
   And lets face it: when the female lead was falsely accused and thrown in jail etc. in the first timeline, none of these other possible male lead candidates came to her help or even tried to uncover the truth behind the accusations.
   It would definitely be best for the female lead to go travel the world and find herself a true love somewhere else far away from the rotten palace.

   Pretty classic trope filled story, it’ll be nothing new but it’s kinda nice the fl works hard right out of the reincarnation gate to train and become powerful
