I can’t for my life imagine how getting intimate with a living stick like Dyffrin must be like. Why do authors even think up men like this one as male leads and actually paint them to be desirable husbands for their female leads?
this story is full of bad takes. FL is hiding several really important issues, like the kidnapping author (no excuse as to why she’s withholding that information, it’s about ML brother safety, the only reason she didn’t talk was to extend plot), and her disease (I can play devil’s advocate and kinda relate to her, cuz if it was i probably wouldn’t feel comfortable talking about it either…).

And then ML is, ofc, horrible with words and expressing himself… and this makes it feel it’s only for the sake of extending the plot..
