I feel like I’d be more into the romance if it were secondary and the primary relationship was her and her little brother. Like she is healing and growing cause of her forming a relationship with her brother, and that opens her up more to love. Or realizing just how the ML actually expresses his love because her becoming softer allows them more intimate moments.
