So Yurien ML could have seen her clear essence at the banquet. She was a genuinely good hearted person and thats why he tried to save her when others wanted her dead (like in chapter 1), because he knew she was corrupted by the sword, and she wasn’t herself.
Evil Karem targeted this female and planted the sword on her so she’d became corrupted by the sword because he saw that Yurien looked a little too long at her at the banquet.
Though the plot is even deeper.
