As we all know gold has some goddess like powers, so I guess she just said what will happen in the future after the 3rd child is born. She will die 105 days after giving birth and she’s asking the emperor to accept this child but the emperor already doesn’t like the fact that those ‘things’ that crawled out of her body is slowly killing and he totally doesn’t want her to die because of another kid. That’s why he must’ve made a deal with someone to kill the unborn kid. He wants her to be alive even if she hates him forever. (That’s what I understood also i kinda think there’s a chapter missing.)
