I’m so sad, the art style just changed and there’s a massive noticeable downgrade in quality. Some of the translations are already pretty terrible, but this was just… the final blow. It had an interesting distinguishable art style and now it looks like someone cheaped out.

Stopped at chapter 52, then came back with 53 in such a downgrade art style! The MC now looks like an extra especially his edeya form, well everyone look like an extra! LOL!

Evalution once more, characters still have peesonalities, just…the story seems to be poorly written now. The sudden change in art, style, over all mood and tone. The change is so impactful that it creates a negative charge. Maybe I’m just complaining, but…I don’t really think people will want to read past chapter 52. Because beyond that is a entirely different story, 52 and below was much better.

Current opinion after reading chapter 55, translation has gotten bad, but the message is clear. Character’s seem to have lost a slight bit of their personality, though there wasn’t much in the first place, it was still clear that there was a difference between them. I’d rather read the novel than this, but I’ll see it to the end, and hope it improves…if not…well…(Sigh…)

The eyes may look more lively as well, unlike back then, but the art was more appealing to the eye back then with decent translation. I wouldn’t say the new art ruins the story overall, but it was just so abrupt and sudden to the readers, which is the fault that it bears. If someday the old artist comes back (no idea if they’re dead or not-), I would love to see the story drawn that way again.

More things to note, it just seems like a whole entire different story after chapter 52, but its entering a whole new arc, so that’s that. I hope you all enjoy this story regardless though.

To inform you all, the art style changes drastically on chapter 53 which embarks its return after a 1 year hiatus, the artist seems to have changed.
The old art was overall better with detail and expressing emotions, but the new artstyle just makes it like any other generic manhwa.
The old art was like Solo Leveling and Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint, or they were at least similar in anatomy and other categories back then in the artstyle.
It’s disappointing, but the art shows more comedic purposes and more expressive emotions but the art overall is quanity over quality which is just…sad.
