tch I really hate when author do this. it would be much better if his loyalty was out of pure gratitude not any romantic feeling. this is so damn unnecessary. you don’t have to make all the male characters to have romantic feelings towards FL just to emphasize that she’s desirable 🤦🏻♀️ I liked the guy now I hate his guts

I feel for him. From his perspective she’s being forced into marriage with a man who is taking advantage of her misfortune.
We the audience know that’s not the case, but he has no way of knowing.
