Summary
Read manga I’m So Happy, I Don’t Mind Being Reborn as a Villainess! / Shiawase na no de Akujo Tensei demo Kamaimasen! / 幸せなので悪女転生でも構いません
I ended my life without ever being blessed with children. But when I opened my eyes, I had been reincarnated as Rosalia, the villainess from the novel I loved.
Rosalia, who had committed countless wicked deeds, had a son named Serge, a boy who had closed off his heart.
According to the original story, Serge is destined to commit a crime in the future and die.
“I want to make this child happy…!”
With that resolve, she decides to rebuild the cold, broken relationship between mother and son. Meanwhile, her relationship with her husband, Louis, also begins to take on a different atmosphere than before.
Can the three of them truly become a real family?
This is the story of a protagonist who, after being reincarnated as a villainess, faces a broken family and finds her way to happiness.

Nah, no happiness right away, especially not for the child in this childcare-manga.
It’s just the same old story about a woman transmigrating from a “painful” past life into a Victorian fantasy “original” work and into the body of a villainess who has abused her own son – for 6 years in this case.
The female lead now has to redeem herself by taking care of her son with love and then she also needs to work hard in order to win “back” the respect of her husband in this world (the so-called „cold-blooded duke“ * sigh * ) in order not to be executed like in the original story 🙁
And as we can already see from the outlook in chapter 1, she’s going to gain the love of this very cliché-like male lead (a noble of high status again, a veteran fighter who „protects“ the country, super taciturn, emotionally extremely cold, completely ignorant of his own son) in the long run of course too.
And while this idiot male lead hasn’t cared for his original wife for years, even after she had collapsed (right before the transmigration), he immediately cares about the transmigrator when she gets hurt, and also suddenly regrets his behaviour towards his small son after all these years :/
Lots of drama and unhappiness happens in the first 9 chapters already.
The pain of the female lead’s past life was actually self-conflicted by her absolute obsession to receive a child, which has put a strain on her otherwise happy marriage… After transmigrating, the female lead immediately forgets about her now ex-hubby, her family, friends and everything else as well, like she has never cared about anyone or anything in our world in the first place.
Tons of cliché tropes are being checked off after that – like
* the scared servants who still quickly accept the changes in the villainess as soon as she has apologized (at least she does that, different from even worse plots),
* the unrealistic speed with which the stepson trusts his formerly (for 6 years) abusive mother,
* the husband who had not cared for his wife and such doesn’t even find her different behaviour noteworthy, but still suddenly cares for the transmigrator,
* the very common mean and verbally (at least not physically) abusive tutor for the son,
* a male lead who shows up all of a sudden from nowhere to help the female lead (in this case to win an argument with the tutor who is then thrown out)
* also a long sleep/coma that the female lead goes through after being hit by a horse, after which she wakes up refreshed and completely free of any pain,
* and so on.
The art makes this story look very much like a Japanese dōjinshi – it’s not exactly „professional“, but at least the bright smiles of people (and children) look charming. Other than that I could not name anything that would make this manga worth reading, sorry…
