i think that the only solution would be perez marrying into the lombardi family. Seeing as the emperor doesn’t look like he is stepping out of his power soon, he still have time to get another empress and make another son until he comes of age. Then if required, Perez can be the guardian uncle but have no intention to the throne.
I really like how they translated the way they talk, its similar to Shakespeare’s stories like Romeo and Juliet and Macbeth, it’s really cool and matches with the story imo (though a little confusing to read💔)
Also the king is really stupid for thinking our FL is gonna be weak in terms of experience, like my guy..our girl has experience in two lives, shes gonna make you drop down to your own knees before she kneels before you🤣
Plus, she’s a Lombardi, even if her parents weren’t married before she was born, she still has the blood of the Lombardi because of her Dad, so obviously she’ll be smart and be able to handle anything he tries to do to our girl🙄😝
