By now if we look at the world map, it´s roughly half the map where it´s banned, roughly half more where it´s allowed, and the rest are squabbling.

I don’t think that’ll work, such an unrealistic way of taming. What I do those dogs is just smile at them and give them food then distance myself while they are approaching the food. Once it’s clear that I didn’t poison them or the food is edible they will start to calm down and come to again tomorrow to ask for water or food until we become friends. But most of the time I just really smile at the dogs and cats and caress their head and neck, they easily calm down and starts to love me. Mom said I’m quite gifted when it comes to animals, I somehow understand them by just looking at their eyes… I miss my pets🥺 they are gone now left on my hometown cause we change address. I longed to see them again.
