Nope. There should not be any forgiveness for a man who calls his wife a “nuisance” who is sickly and might not have much longer to live.
But we all know that he will of course be forgiven by this ditz of a woman who will of course not die young like everybody said either.
She’ll very likely stop being sickly in no time (perhaps a poisoning plot will be unveiled or something) and will work hard to “win” back an insufferable jerk of a husband who has probably hastened the deadly decline of her health by throwing insults at her for no reason…
I wonder if he will do anything to redeem himself, or just do something nice for once and everyone is going to act as if he hasn’t ever been scum – maybe for long years during which he made his wife suffer.
