both the arguments are faulty, if he is using PTSD as a cover does he also know consistent mental trauma can cause the victim to desensitize and reject emotions? When someone starts rejecting emotions they just stop speaking about the trauma inducing situation entirely. Then when they keep getting bullied they wont care enough of in other words have in enough emotions or mental clarity to run away or face their bullies. I haven’t been physically bullied but i have been a victim to preposterous rumors and no matter how much school will try to stop physical bullying people are going to bully no matter what in however way. The best way to deal with depends on victim and their situation. We cannot make a generalized assumption on how to deal with bullying entirely.

How many victims can realistically uproot themselves and leave the situation or place of where their bullying is? No one gave a proper solution. Overall society’s perception of victims need to change.
