yes but the ml is in his 30s, which means the doctor is too. the little sister is in college, so she’s in her early 20s. the age gap has to be at least around 10 years. it’s nice that they waited until she was in college at least (cannot say the same for some other stories… ugh) but if he’s had feelings for her for a while then that feels really strange to me.

I think she was 10 or 12 years old at that time since manhwas like to make teenagers look like they’re 5 for some reason.
