no, I understand ur pov but for me personally I’d rather not live in delusion and act like everything is alright with the person I love while having some consciousness that his heart might be drifting apart from me. having hope for something that’s not there anymore is the worst thing ever especially when it comes about having hope that his heart belongs to me. No! that’s not fair either. that’s not how reality works. ofc he was jealous and wanted her for himself but he made her open her eyes to the sight she didn’t want to see even if it was heartbreaking. I’d rather not be swarmed by my feelings to not see that this man doesn’t love me anymore.
