@Adelaide Hmmm true, but not exactly the case. What matters most is how the people in question feel(as you said). In the case of Lali, it’s exactly as you’ve stated. Since she’s been raised to love Lehan as her brother, her familial feelings for Lehan won’t falter. However, Lehan on the other hand as we’ve seen, has also been raised as Lali’s sibling but has harbored romantic feelings for Lali which would render your first two statements invalid. Though, in the case of Lehan, he was always privy to their true relationship (as in them not actually being blood related)so perhaps he never viewed Lali as his sister in the first place. So I suppose that what you said is actually true and I fully agree with it, especially considering the solid variables!
it doesn’t matter that they aren’t blood related – they were raised as siblings. if you found out tomorrow you weren’t really related to your sibling, could you love them romantically? of course not! that’s how lari feels
