Same thing happened to Empress Sissi of Austria and queen of Hungary after giving birth most of her children were taken away by her mother in law (mother of the Crown prince and future emperor) and just like in this chapter she was disliked for her ” lower status” of duchess of bavaria. To be fair in real life dukes aren’t as powerful as in manhwa and there is multiple dukedom the most powerful would be an Archeduke who is probably related to the royal family ( brother, uncle or cousin). And yeah most of her children ended badly, with her first son being depress with no isnpiration to be a war obsessed emperor ( he was more of a diplomate and wanted to change allies) like his father he ended up killing himself with his lover in a cottage in the countryside.
