OR maybe it’ll be the creator(s) of the VR that finds her irl and signs her help up for fighting against and dissolving the A-zone. then they’ll find a cure with A-zone’s advanced medical facilities/ she’ll die an transmigrate to the game… There are a lot of possibilities((but whatever it is the A-zone bastards got to go😤)) So far she’s depressed and lonely but sensible, plus the story’s just beginning. She’s a decent MC so don’t start hating on her so soon.

So my guess is , the bitch will die and her consciousness will be transferred to the game and then pain setting will be turned on and she will freak out cause obviously she wouldn’t want to die and then the real story will begging with her true emotions
