I thought even in the recap of the original story that even if the “villainess” was to pick on the “innocent” princess she had every right because the princess actively stole her fiance. Now the same princess is even more of a b!tch because she is actively going for her “friends” fiance. Wow low class even if she wasn’t raised by commoners.
Maria is sus to me. Like that’s your friend and the only person that stuff up for you and you make it obvious you’re into her fiancé and allow your dad to do that stuff and not apologize. Like I get she’s supposed to in the book but it’s a real world in there and things can change. Also Assad doesn’t tell anyone no or leave him alone which is weird.
