Ya know, even though the series doesn’t portray her as such, Ariel is a true white lotus. While white lotus’s have malicious intent and hide their true personalities behind a fake one, Ariel is just like that. She can clearly see when she’s doing something wrong, like lying about Licia, and isn’t stupid enough not to see the viciousness of the crown prince, and can understand when someone dies for like her Herrace and Jane in the original, but she is so utterly self-centered that she doesn’t register the existence of others. Like everyone must exist for her sake, either to harm her or love her, and based on her view of them at that, and any suffering they experience due to her actions is irrelevant to her. Her protagonist syndrome is off the charts, outta the universe.
She talked down on the princess who stood up for her and said “it’s fine because she’s the villainess anyways and he’s going to believe me”? Oh. So she’s not just stupid but cruel?
I don’t mind the fairy name as much as her stupidity I hate that she knows how cruel he is but act as if it’s nothing I can say with confidence that she is aware of the tragedies she caused at least to some degree and that is what I hate the most about her

Omg i think this is the most annoying FL and ML (Ariel and the prince) of the original novel… there are like hundreds of manhwas where the main character is reincarnated to a novel, and most of those manhwa have the original FL and ML nice and sweet, sometimes the main is bestfriends w the FL or the main will end up with the ml… I really think the novel lisha went into is a trash novel hahahaha the ml and FL are so cringy and annoying, the FL is sooooo childish and immature!!
What I mean by FL and ML is that they were the original main characters of the novel where the main now is in, or where the main enter, idk if u guys get it haha
