I feel some type of way that Liberta just dies like that, no happy ending for her. It’s so sad and heartbreaking, I love that Alicia was able to have her life but something about liberta not getting her HEA does not sit well with my soul. Beautiful story though I highly recommend it
Sad that the scene with Alicia and the Emperor was cut, according to novel spoilers, they talk after the fight and she says that Libertia was her only family, not him. He needed more direct damage!
