I guess its some kind of power play – knights of noble origin reject protecting/ acknowledging the new lady of the house because she was an illegitimate child – sounds constructed, since their master/ general/ captain will return more or less shortly. Also, they used to be part of that forsaken army, no? Still fans of nobility, that send them to death? Or are those retainers that stayed behind maybe? I also did not get why the ML wanted to keep a distance from FL.

Pro tip to get rid of pop ups: go to your browser settings, then site settings, click on Javascript. From there you can either block Javascript altogether or block it for specific sites. This will prevent pop ups but it will cause a few small irritations like: not being able to search for a manga name directly from the site so you’ll have to search “manga name + harimanga” and issues with chapter buttons no longer working due to blocking Javascript so you’ll have to either Google search chapter 1 or click the back button as many times as it takes to get to previous chapters.
Pick your poison but now I’m not spammed by a million inappropriate pop ups and you can re- enable Javascript anytime. It’s an extra step having to Google search every other thing but if rather do that than deal with spam pop ups and viruses on my phone because of it.

Geez, does anyone know of a better translation team? Because this one is barely understandable, and I’m at the point where I’ll fully jump ship to a different site. Both that, and how it’s impossible to tap anything on screen without getting a pop-up.
