2….Lilliana is literally a shortcut for current FL to prove she changed from the (real anneriche) wich is the point they making and people not picking up on ( although could have done it without the fangirling )

3……Lilliana was being abused way more then just treated as a servant in novel

4……The rondini’s treating their own child better then the one they being payed for to raise and yes the duke gives more money then whats needed just to raise her to a point they could have raised her and lived lavishly alongside it…….. but they steal the money and collude and take bribes from the maid aswell…..so they have no excuses for that abuse or keeping her in the orphanage

5……Given the marriage was set FL actually has all the rights to take her away cause the noble society they in even a fiance yes they already engaged on paper is practicly her daughter in law

6……The real anneriche (this will come back in bits and pieces) was heavily abused and setup as just being a sacrifice to get her brother everything he needs…..

to be precise she was sold off to the DUKE so he is also somewhat shameless he fell for her looks so just went with the offer of the asshat family

7…….the real anneriche never loved him and just got preggers due to obligation but thats where she drew the line and literally said it to the duke before getting pregnant she will not care or raise the child….HE AGREED himself as he knows he was also part of why she is like she is buying her like a object as he just needed an heir

8…..AND NO OG FL and CURRENT FL are not the same person……current FL does not even have the real anneriche memories and running on fumes from “novel” she read in previous life….she gets flashbacks here and there but thats about it at first…….she will get the real anneriche memories way down the line when she gets poisoned and is unconsious and was dreaming real anneriche’s past

Is the Duchess stupid? Ofc she’d treat her own daughter better than anyone in the orphanage especially Lilliana that she hates. It’s the Baroness’s own daughter ofc she’d be living a more luxurious life if Liliana was sent to that orphanage. Liliana isn’t her daughter so the Baronesses daughter is treated as such. Liliana os obviously in the wrong place and whatever but she’s still supposed to be under the Rondini since she’s supposed to be under their care either way even if she’s really not being taken care of so their daughter would be treated like a noble unlike Liliana who should’ve been treated as something under that. I just thought that was stupid and letting this out lol
I love that FLs not giving her room to make excuses or further traumatize the child.
If the marriage between the 2 kids was decided ahead of time coz the Duke is homies with her parents then it makes complete sense for FL to get girl on her side but I wonder how that’ll go with the son she’s abused. Will son hate the girl for taking his mom’s love? Or will it go as planned for FL?
