   @pabsies She’s totally a Mary Sue. She’s never practiced hunting or sword fighting in her life and she’s incredibly skilled at it. She also has a secret skill and knowledge that would put the people who undervalued her to shame. She’s an embodiment of wish fulfillment. Perfect at whatever she does.

   You have to turn off your brain for this. It’s full of predictable tropes and a predicable storyline.

      Did you read the novel? She is always training in secret because her mother forbid her to do a male duties. FL stole the firstborn son place when she still a soul and became the firstborn daughter. She inherited that talent of the firstborn son in the original novel. So basically she isn’t a Mary Sue.

   Oh this novel has a manhwa already. I finished reading the novel 3 months ago and this is one of my favorite korean novel.

   This is different than other novels because she never forgive her mother until the end. She forgive her father in the last chapter. Her brother is the first one she forgive because he put too much effort to ask for her forgiveness but it took 150+ chapter I think before she forgive her brother.

   If you like strong female lead who is not a mary sue and a damsel in distress then this is for you. She is a strong independent female lead.

   Also this is the novel that has no love triangle between her male friends. They are just friends.

   It’s seriously nice and I never thought I would hate a mother sooo much like she was the real obstacle for the fl not like the father and brother is any good .
   To the point I actually doubt if she’s fl’s real mother

   I think there is some issues with gender basically the og story was fine becoz the eldest child was a son but she get ignored by her own mother that showed the difference ..only becoz she is a women
