Summary
Read Welcome to Elly’s Hotel / Hotel no Ellie/ エリーのホテル/ 엘리의 호텔
One day, I found myself reincarnated in the romance game world I was playing!? A kind family and a blessed environment. Her main character Hana forgets her painful memories of her previous life and here she decides to start her new life as Countess Ellie. At that time, Ellie comes up with a proposal for hotel management when she learns that her father is considering a new business. She thought she could be of help, taking advantage of her experience working at a hotel in her previous life. And Ellie’s plan was successfully adopted, and when she started to embark on her business–the handsome man who appeared as the person in charge was an impregnable person who was recommended by Hana in the game! However, her heart flutters for a short while when she thinks he’s a smart and cool gentleman, but he turns out to be a cruel, harsh and nasty guy… Between love and work, will Ellie be able to find happiness in her new life?

Hey, this story is not even THAT bad (I’ve read much worse…), and it’s rather original too. But yes, it has the potential to be much more funny than it is.
At least there are no system windows hovering around, even though the world where the female lead has transmigrated into is that of a hotel-management-otome-game. (Yet?)
The art style is very (Japanese) manga-like, not the top of the crop, but nice enough to look at.
I like that the female lead is hard-working and that the story events are mostly about some sabotage of the hotel business, or dealing with irritating “customers” or with the staff itself.
There’s also magic in this world – but I wished they had introduced it right from the beginning. I dislike that the female lead has some super rare magic, but at least it’s not boring “holy” healing-abilities like so often.
On the clear downside, the obvious male lead is super pesky because of his nagging and impoliteness, which is also illogical in this whole setting (a manager who’s rude; even towards the daughter of his employer/lord?).
Seems like the second male lead is a good-looking flirty duke who was once the emperor, but stepped down in order to be free – which is somewhat original, but the female lead is not in the mood to give him even a sliver of a chance 🙁
