I got a little theory like maybe the ml was the developer of the game so that her sisters story can be made or she can have a healthy body like a normal girl but there need to be more people for the game so he invited Veteran gamer of the game and then the fl was there then the fl and ml fall in love or they were swept in to the game with fl and the other characters (cause the fl’s co worker look like the friend) and ml was also swept by his own game?
