First, I do love this series. The little detail of taking a shining pearl for Seol is just such a Grandpa thing to do. It is so satisfying that both he and her have come so far.
Second, I’m not sure I follow the reasoning as to why the attacks were carried out. I get that they needed to frame other groups, but what does needing strong new warriors have to do with it? Was the goal just to steal Seol, and nothing else?
I suppose, since they failed at that goal, it made me a bit confused.
