    Sometimes, losing weight really isn’t about what food you eat OR exercise. Sometimes it’s a biological/medical issue.

    For example, one of my family members found out they had a disorder where their body and intestines couldn’t properly breakdown food, causing a LOT of health issues besides being overweight. They started taking digestive enzymes, among other supplements, and they started to lose weight immediately WITHOUT changing how they ate and WITHOUT extra exercising! They lost weight slowly at around 0.04 lbs every few days, but it proved PERMANENT. Now, one year later, they’ve lost over 25 pounds without any changes to Diet or Exercise.

    Also, it’s been proven that you gain more calories if you eat while stressed because your body, while stressed, reflexively tries to hold on to fat/calories cause it thinks it’s ‘in danger’.

    The body is truly a puzzle, but just because what ‘works for everyone else’ doesn’t work for you doesn’t mean that it’s because “you’re not trying hard enough” or are just “lazy” or you need to “keep trying at extreme diets/exercise even though it’s LITERALLY killing you and destroying you emotionally”.

    Don’t listen to the jerks. And don’t even let the well-intentioned family and friends keep pushing you to do something that hasn’t worked for you. But that also means you need to keep searching for your own unique answers (which, again, often have to do with your own unique medical situation).

    Dieting is never a fricking option lol i don’t know why idiots think it is just eat how much your body needs not too excess and go to gym damn it . If she did have a healthy compilation i would not have said anything now she is just dumb and lazy to not go gym also making people delusional that some magic will happen. Tbh i don’t mind dating a slightly chubby girl but at least she should try to lose weight by going to gym not be lazy and delusional. These delusional freaks think they would just stop eating give less food than normal book your weight is gone weight is not the problem fat is go to gym if it’s a large amount muscle person looks pretty good even if they weight high . Just do gym regularly and have decent meal also do it regularly there are some muscle tears at gym but i doesn’t mean you should stop .

    FINALLY this sounds like it’s coming from someone who knows the struggle of weight loss. Idc about the whole fat shaming thing this is what it’s like being overweight DESPITE DIETING people see the pounds not the effort, so real emotions in here Im here for this
