I mean, they could really just be up front and say they actually are together in front of everyone. Though whether she still has her disguise on or not when doing it, it wouldn’t be a big deal since his wife is actually her (though they don’t know that yet). I mean at the end of the day, the male lead is the vice president so it’s not like he could get fired or anything, especially if he isn’t even cheating in the first place
