Honestly, I kinda get how the FL has it hard acting indifferent towards him, since she’s been harassed by him in the past, It’d be hard for her to just ignore him or be stern and say no since she’s the shy/nice kind of person who’s been badly hurt her whole life by others.

I don’t think the female lead is being “obvious”. There are so many people on the world, this bad guy hasn’t seen her for a long time, and she really looks very different now. It’s rather weird that he tries to get on her good side after he’s already proven to be a sucker for “beauty”.
That’s the typical story logic of such manhwas for you – villains just HAVE to be obnoxious and stick to the main characters, even for no reason at all 🙁
And of course we can already predict that the male lead is going to save the female lead just in the moment of worst danger (like after she’s getting unmasked by the harrasser)…
