Current timeline Theon is To Be Judged, since he’s grown up differently with different interactions with MC> However current timeline Ethan is the same person who, for the sake of his own selfish (although semi-justified selfishness) desires, made the person he loved suffer terrible pain.
I honestly wish she’d find another option in this life that wasn’t a part of the toxic mess that was her previous life, but I think its pretty obvious Ethan ends up as ML and that’s very unfortunate imo.
