The more i read about her past stories, the more crazier it gets. Ethan is acting way too sussy like bro what do you even want. Love is not about manipulating and obsession. And if he wanted the throne he would’ve killed her right after she killed raymond. I jus dk anymore lol. Hope all of them get a better ending
I feel like this should be a psychological story rather than a romance one, or if it turns out to be a romantic one, I hope the ml is none of the characters we’ve met thus far. Have never been a fan of Theon, her obsession with him is repelling. Was a fan of Ethan but then he turned out to be manipulative even as a young child (tho I suspect he also has memories of the past life).
I think both Ethan and Dorothea have a sad family background. Both have no parental love and each has their own tactic to survive. One will cling to any glimmer of happiness and love she receives and the other would manipulate to work towards his happiness.
I wish both are true ml n fl and pave their path in more healthier relationship. That will be nice.. Theon is actually a side track character that does nothing to benefit the fl.
Also they are still children right now. They aren’t the people who did those things In the alternative future (except her). They’re all young and it’s not too late for them to learn better behaviors/ boundaries.

Maybe I’m off but my current theory is Ethan loved her in his past life too and manipulated their relationship to make it even worse and her even more insecure about it so she would need him and cling to him. So they were both messed up in their past lives. I think the male lead is theon currently but honestly I’d like it to be Ethan. I think a tyrant and a manipulative maniacs redemption arc would be fun to read about. It’d be nice if he also became a slightly better person cause of her. Like still a sneaky little guy but he uses his powers for good and doesn’t manipulate the weak.
You guys cannot blame everything on her father. She was a selfish villainess. Yes she had a sad backstory but she did this because she was selfish and naive. She was smart and strong she could’ve chose a diffent path. She became an abusive psycho who was selfish.
There’s no real ml in this story, it’s all about her phycological warfare with herself. Both Theon and Ethan are horrible, the brother is a nincompoop and the father is a real shithead.
