@K1182 she’s definitely been showing him affection – but the affection of an owner to their pet. She still thinks of him as like a big dog, which isn’t unfair, considering she’s had to literally train him to act like a human being. We’re surely getting closer but until his ‘training’ is finished she’s likely to still just keep seeing him as a pretty puppy.
Story and art is nice but it wouldnt be bad for Diarin to want something more than money for her f*cked up family. And why is she shielding herself from Ceres, she likes him, she isnt true priestess, she is strong saintess but she dosnt want to show it and she is rather more about money than religion. 40 chapters and she didnt even show that she have some affection for Ceres. On second side fact is she understand that he may not understand many things so i can understand her but would it be bad if she at least give him some hope to be together ? Wouldnt it be simpler and easier for him to understand things this way
