If I’m understanding this correctly he isn’t in this condition because of torture drug , it’s because of the multiple manipulation spell experimented on him which made him into this sensitive wild animal who’ll bite anyone suspicious.
Mental conditioning using torture ,drugs dosnt work like that. Him being free of addiction to drugs (if they were used) even if he was mentaly f*cked up this wouldnt be so sevire. This looks morelike lobotomy with chip instaled not some psychosis. Droping cause its geting to stupid
