The second prince and empress will have the most envy because I’m sure they killed the first empress hoping to reign by the king hoping for the 2nd prince to be the next emperor only to be discarded and their anxious because the throne can be given to anyone I don’t want to rule out the 3rd empress but she looks so pure and her baby?? TLDR: The Mistress shouldn’t be ruled out as suspicious, but i acknowledge that she might be using the “mad dogs” to bring down the person that “created” them, The Second Prince.

I disagree with her not being a suspect. Her interest in him is too suspicious, he was “trained” with magic and likely divine magic as our FL started connecting the dots chapters earlier. Then the weirdly interested Mistress shows up and has divine power herself. (also before anyone forgets, they said divine magic sometimes shows up a different way like wielding fire or something which is why there’s warrior priests, so they could’ve used one of those other divine powers to hurt, torture, the “mad dogs”)
Of course it could go in the opposite direction, where she’s trying to revive the “mad dogs” back to their natural function human state in order to have them as leverage against the more like person that tortured them and turned them into “mad dogs” in the first place, the second prince who took credit for their work.
3rd empress is not a bad person and also she is not interested in ml in any romantic way. She knows that ml is the first prince and was to join his hand that she will be safe from 2nd prince. 3rd prince is not the son of emperor but son of 2prince. 3rd empress is just fake mistress of emperor. 2nd prince want to kill her and his son so she finding opportunities for her and her son safety in the future.

..I am talking about the MC in I want to be a big Baddie… it’s one of the manhuas I’ve read with a very interesting and unique lore with lots of twists and turns…very well written and the art is great too…I hated manhuas before but this manhua is my fav…. ⚠️ It’s a BL tho so if you’re not a fan, don’t read it….😘
@EternityEver: considering she shook hands with FL knowing FL will find out about her holy power, I think she could either be trying to recruit FL or warning her to be careful as something bigger is going on in the background. Either way she doesn’t feel like an antagonist🤔 Unless of course it’s her being too overconfident and this was a way to assess her opponent’s strength(feels a bit far fetched cause it’s unnecessary imo)
