This series is good, but I really wish it’d remember it’s own context. Like so far very few of the people who’ve had lachets have been related to her in either timeline. She’s met most of them while responding to crises as a member of the Edifice, I’m fine with the idea that it goes to those within a radius of influence of her that want it most, but if Ouroboros has been collecting them, there should have been a lot of missing Edifice mages at the start of the series.
