If he really liked her, why wouldn’t he confess to her during all those years they were together.? He had all that time and only confessed when she was about to get married. Also the way he talks makes it seem like he tries to make himself better than the princes, insulting him and lowering him with words. Honestly, I don’t think she’ll let it slide and drop him ( it won’t be easy)
1. “I don’t want to lose you” she’s not your possession. It’s a self seeking statement… doesn’t even consider the person you are talking to 2. “Not to him”. When you say that, you make it a competition, which then separates you from the other person while also degrading the other persons choice… basically saying “your choice is wrong, you don’t know what you are doing, I am better”. That’s demeaning to the person, attacking their significant other, and infantilizing them. I sure hope she drops him like a sack of bricks into the Atlantic. She never “felt” anything for ya bro. Also, that “pathetic” guy understands her better than you already, and has made her “feel” something already… in a small time he’s done more than you ever had.
Nah I hate trash people that wait till others are in a relationship to confess. That’s so dishonest. You harbored feelings for how long… and then when the thought of losing comes you “change” and confess? That’s just deception bc you left ambiguity on the table. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. That’s clingy and fickle type behavior, it’s also disrespectful to others person bc NOW they are in a relationship and you put pressure on them. Either be honest and confess WHEN you have those feelings, or, be a man (woman; person w integrity) and cast those feelings aside bc that person is no longer available. The mature thing is confess WHEN you have those feelings. If not, you are deceiving your “friend” and yourself. I always hate these trash proposals. They are the epitome of selfishness… they come from a persons need to share “their” feelings… but the timing and hesitancy was nothing but self-seeking… it does nothing FOR the person hearing your confession except put them in an awkward situation (bc they are already in a ship)… rant over
