MY READING HISTORY
You don't have anything in histories

Her younger sister seemed to be more bark than bite. Also…exactly how would she have gotten rid of the 1st husband? She would have been at most 13 years old at the time, and she didn’t have the mind of an adult like Leoni here has now.
Even in that prison cell she was talking about how she thought that Leoni was getting everything without actually being competent. This more than anything suggest to me that Sherin might have just been a very hard worker that was never all that good at anything. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was even lying and was just there take credit for something she hadn’t even done. I mean, think about it. She was 29 years old in that timeline, but if she was able to actually marry Rutger that would have meant that she didn’t have a husband herself and most likely never did. In other words, despite everything it is possible that their father actually regarded Sherin to be less worth than he did Leoni. If his younger daughter wasn’t even able to use as a pawn, what good was she to him? We already saw how he treated her in this timeline just because she he didn’t think she spoke properly. In the first timeline he cut down and killed Sherin’s mother… so unlike what happened to her mother in this timeline, in the original one she should have been well aware that her father had murdered her mother. Of course, at some point she must have found out what her mother had been doing (since she knew about the poisoning and definitively only did so because her father must have told her), but her father probably treated her badly because of what her mother had done. We were never shown their childhood. We have only been shown minor glimpses. So it is even possible that her bad behavior was born from her taking it out on her older sister because that was the only thing she could do.
Even her talks about marrying Rutger might have all just been some sort of strange ploy. Why would Rutger have even bothered to replace Leoni with Sherin? There would have been no guarantee that Rutger would have even married her, so why would he risk it? and in that timeline, he was able to easily make Leoni do whatever he wanted… and like I said, Sherin was complaining about how Leoni got everything. Which suggest that he definitely wasn’t favoring Sherin.
So, the whole cell incident might have just been Sherin being stupid and trying to do something herself.
The Lurker
I agree, Leoni doesn’t have it wrapped up like she thinks she does. But do. I like how Leoni doesn’t hold her punches. I’ve read some infuriating manwhas when it takes nearly 100 chapters to get revenge. and even then it feels a bit hollow, so it’s nice to see her putting everyone in their place early/and all throughout the story, but I agree, Leoni is heavily flawed and I think she will have to come to grips with it. Till then she will be annoying and oblivious about certain things I guess.

@never_mind Spot-on!
.
What amazes me every single time is how she forgets everything despite being so wise!!
How is it that she forgets such important key facts like how her sister told her it was HER who got rid of all her husbands?!
If Franz REALLY DID hate her (we still don’t know whether it was another of her delusions!) it must have been the work of her wicked sister. And we still don’t know if her son and Franz did make it out of there alive!!
And she forgets everything in a snap!
Is she an idiot with a wise demeanor?!
She doesn’t even stomach using her own ability to find out!!!! How cowardly for someone who doesn’t even bother being weird for her age, flinging her authority left and right!!!
And she claims to be THE sorceress when she cannot even use it to seek the truth she herself is so desperate for.
She didn’t even comprehend what she witnessed when she went back to the future, how Rutger had kept her dress, how he looked devastated and how he reacted when seeing her young version!!
Are you not a wise, +30 years old woman?
Are you incapable of empathy?
Guess she really is!
Such a huge flaw for a human of her caliber.
All she does is one-sidedly judge everyone and everything and make decisions accordingly without hesitation!!! How disappointing.
.
Actually, I’ve known a few people like her in real life. Since their assumptions were proved to be right a good number of times, they started to feel conceited and demanded full authority only to make others miserable as a result.
.
In this case, however, its a bit too unrealistic and unbalanced.
She is too self-absorbed both in the previous time-line and present.
She is too wise to not learn her lesson, and even more so to forget such important incidents this easily.
This is a huge flaw to the point its out-of-character of this particular persona.
The author has made a big, dumb blunder in its character development.
Here I was celebrating thinking we have a wise and strong FL after so long!
Figures she is another dumb, insensible little kid with too many contradictory traits. Or is it the author actually!?
never_mind
No, I don’t think the second husband is that much of a trash. I think there’s a misunderstanding between the two just like the third husband
Gasai
Leoni using him is a good punishment in my opinion
monopolize everything little miss we’re with you!

I think that long haired guy(one of her ex husband) just use her to give birth and since the guy have magical power and Heidi have too, he was aiming to have a child born from her and use that child for his own ambitions… That’s why after she give birth he took the child and runaway… This guy is a thrash…
