It because of development , awareness and public interest that legal of marriage is. 20-25 years depending on your country so we can’t criticise his act because of time period and he just didn’t do much . During that girl used get politically sold/ married away at young age to old wealthy guy like she told us earlier and we can’t understand using our current mindset author is trying to potrait this novel in that time so we can’t judge his .
