Ok, so the child like appearance was a while after having a kid. Whew, now I don’t have to be concerned by how in the hell noah came to be. Tho, seeing as the emperor started to become physically younger when the empress was bedridden and looking saddened by it, maybe the heart thing is to try and bring the empress back. Or at least that’s a better sounding reason than seeking power or eternal youth or something like that.
