      Idk why I’m seeing so much criticism tbh. I liked this manhwa, pretty good imo. The FL is a strong bold and intelligent woman, the ML is pretty cool. And overall it’s not bad if you ask me.

   The story cliché but, the art is alright, the characters could have had more action between them and deepen the story between the FL and its counterpart but after 46 chapters I’m still wondering so many things and why both leads act in the way they do. Overall is a good read if there’s nothing else to read and if you can overlook a poor translation that includes messed up titles, pronouns and even nouns at times and even the change in names and places.

   Right, so… This one is only entertaining if you do not think about it. Like, at all. It’s the sort of story where nothing is particularly believable because it’s quite clear the plot/universe serves only to elevate and/or hurt the FL.
   For example, the misogyny in world is applicable to things like sexual harassment and scandals, and yet both the FL and the villain both can act as they want in business or otherwise.
   In that same vein, everything about ML and his situation is made for FL to take advantage of, yet he holds a great deal of authority in the military which would clearly grant him way more power and influence than it’s shown. Yet, despite having his people starve due to the unfulfilled deal with the villain’s family, he isn’t using that authority to make political moves? He only uses it when FL asks? He’s also absent from social scenes where he could clearly form alliances just to keep him as “ghost duke”, which literally means nothing since he’s not even that mysterious, just sorta shallow personality-wise so far.
   I could go on, but if you read to this point, you got the gist of it.
   The art is pretty great, and the translation is passable (it gets a bit worse but not that much). FL is likable enough, and the villain is… Okay. I guess. Another downside for me is that this is a women x women kinda story, and while I think it could be interesting to explore the dynamics of psychological abuse and/or submissiveness between friends, I don’t think this manhwa goes deep enough to do it right. It’s only good because it’s not overdone like many other stories like this one, and also because the two women are NOT related so it’s not a family issue, thank goodness.
   All in all would only recommend if you’re bored and in the mood to turn off your brain.

   But apart from that, this story is quite simple and cliche but still well written and enjoyable to read. It’s no masterpiece nor something to be amazed at, you’ve probably already read at least 10 other stories like this, but I’m enjoying FL personality and the overall story progress, plus art is pretty. 7/10 (I’d probably rate higher if it was the 1st revenge manhwa I read)

   It’s good, really good. Plot wise, it’s something we’ve all seen but it’s pretty good so far. I like the characters and the art style. The ML is likeable and so of the FL.

    Kinda cliché but we don’t have a super dumb villain (still kinda dum) and our FL is smart too. So overall a good read and ofc most trusting ML ever. It’s enjoyable

    This is so good! Plot’s nothing innovative so far but it’s a rather well paced story, interesting, gets you hooked, and it’s beautifully drawn. Points for a strong female lead and a very promising male lead, can’t wait for more!
