For what I can understand, the character makina knows in a novel is someone other than claude. Blaire and Makina knows the world is from a novel, but from their conversations, to my understanding, there is a two story (two novel) in one world. A story about claude and a story about that main character who will become the evil god which is the sage. 🤗🤗 Clause and Sage is both main character from two different novel with their own pov in their story but both story is within one world which the author (god) created.
