And of course she has it better then us, she lives in a big mansion where everyone from the head of the house to the maids treat her like trash….
And she’s got a loving sister who isolated her… then made her dependent on her love… Then stabbed her in the back…
Oh but she’s got magic… That was stolen from her….
Ok, but in all seriousness guys, she looks around 20 when she died, and that whole time she lived in this place that tore away at her self esteem. If you haven’t had to stand in the middle of a group of people who verbally assaulted you, and been powerless to say or do anything about it, then you can not understand the physical and mental toll living in such a place for years would do to a person. The lengths a person would go to just to avoid the pain of socail interactions is impressive, you start looking for quiet corners, learn who’s most vocal about disliking you and who’ll just give you a glance before moving on. To such a person the offered hand of a friend is like a life line, a safe place were you can breath and destress. Twenty years of built up gratitude and trust instantly inverted to a gut churning, vomit inducing betrayal. Added to that the fact the Mc is stuck in the body of a child, one who’s physical brain hasn’t aged and matured yet, and I’d say she’s doing quite well.

I understand the caution of the FL, but it tires me that she thinks so much about what she dreams of, and supposedly remembers, considering that everything bad she suffered was due to the tricks and envy of the other girl, the one who stole her power… I’ve only been reading a few chapters, with fantastic art, and unfortunately, I’m feeling exhausted…

Dunno why people are complaining the FL is weak and whinny. I mean…it’s not either. The girl just dgf about it. She doesn’t want special treatment or attention. She just wants to become of age and get out of that house. What I personally find annoying is that this might not even be a revenge story. I came here to read about the FL getting her vengeance!

As for the Fl – she is quite passive and on top not the brightest being shemed to death once – things happen to her, be they bad (being tricked by the blonde girl a life before) or good. Guess she will have some magical superpowers later on and the main storyline will be how she will slowly gain more confidence in herself. So far kind of boring.

honestly the comment section is not passing the vibe check. The MC was TRAUMATIZED, BETRAYED by someone she thought in her first life as FAMILY.
Realistically, trauma doesnt go away that easily and we can see that here so dont compare this to other MC with unrealistic dramatic changes from becoming all strong and badass from a traumatic past life.

Oh my heavens people the poor girl was traumatized in her past life. You don’t instantly get over trauma like that. Not all leads are going to be all bouncy and headstrong.
