Imma just say that to those reading the story, some survivors of SA are ashamed because it feels like it’s the fault of the victim even thought it is not. Being a victim of anything can make one feel powerless and “pitiful” but anything that happens more than once feels like a “shame on me for walking into the lions den.” For her, it could be like that or it could just be a plot device. Just wanted to speak up for my fellow survivors. Just a thought!
