I think the reason why he’s not regretting it because for him Asil is useless. He’s a coward who beg for his life. Also, Roxanna Loves Asil so much. That’s why he will kill him again even if he turn back time because without Asil around Roxanna will need him.
I like how dion’s character was deigned. He’s really a villain. Not the usual one the get soft in the middle of the story. I like how he’s sticking to his character. Tho I would like to know how he became so twisted so that i can understand his stand better (maybe a little flashback or a bg story?)
