Well if duke really thinks that Elodie is his daughter (and it’s not some grate plan to protect his friend’s kid or sth) than TM is completely right, because to belive that, he would have had to sleep with her mother at some point. Given that she is the youngest, than he is a cheater (or was SA by her mother or sth if it wasn’t consented by him)
