There are mangas where body proportions or more like character size difference is weirder and story is still good. Like in “the world without my sister who everyone loved” Duke eldest soon is like 18-20 and looks like 30, and he is ML, FL is like 14-16 and looks like 10-12 tops. But art overal is realy beautifull. Primary problem in most mangas is size difference betven adults and teenagers. Like Fl often are show as like 1.2m tall when they should be like 1.5m and males looks like they are 2.5-3m tall.
