I disagree with blonde boy, I don’t think she should meet her abuser again. She’s still a kid and I feel like it would only reopen her wounds. And just imagine what the woman will say and try to do to her again. I just feel like it’s not worth it.

W.. why even suggest that? She already got hurt a lot deep down last time she saw her mon due to snapping and realizing that her mother will never be a mom to her in any way. It hasn’t even been long since then and she’s clearly still trying to recover from it. Plus what would asking the mother about her bday solve? The bitch probably didn’t even bother to remember the day melody was born and plus even if she did, she’d likely try to manipulate melody by holding info on the bday over her head or even just be violent and awful all over again. Melody has already been through so much in a short time, she shouldn’t need to go through more.. it’d be better to just pick a day to be her bday rather than attempt to find out what it is from a woman who never even informed her child of what day and instead treated the child like a slave/servant.
